If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling or refund consideration, depending on the type of service purchased and whether work has already begun.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new appointment time.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
A client cancels a consultation or service before work has started.
A duplicate payment was made in error.
Educated Entrepreneurs LLC is unable to provide the purchased service.
A refund is required under an applicable written service agreement.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Because Educated Entrepreneurs LLC provides professional consulting, advisory, planning, and strategy services, fees may become non-refundable once work has begun.
Non-refundable services may include, but are not limited to:
Completed consultations
Business strategy sessions
Growth planning work
Operational review services
Custom recommendations or advisory work
Services already delivered in whole or in part
Once consulting work, research, analysis, strategy preparation, or advisory services have started, payments may be considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Some services may be governed by a separate written service agreement, proposal, invoice, or contract. If a separate agreement contains cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply in addition to this policy.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Educated Entrepreneurs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.
